The Elan Black Magic is a great ski for beginner ladies. The parabolic rocker profile allows the ski to easily get on edge and iniate the turn and allow the skier to feel and understand the sensation of carving. The ski is easy to initiate the turn, it is light and more forgving than most skis due to the Full Power Cap construction. All in all this ski is great for learning the basics of carving on the mountain.
